I’m Cristian, one of Cloud Coffee Co.’s baristas.  I’ve been in the business for about 3.5 years, but my favorite part of working at Cloud would be the simple fact that it’s a new and different experience from any other shop I’ve worked at.

Finding out about the whole coffee-producing process is exciting.  From when the beans are first just a cherry and going through farming process, to being received as green beans at the roasters and being roasted to perfection, to finally arriving with the baristas and ultimately you, there’s a lot of time and effort that goes into making your daily cup of joe.

If I had to pick just one coffee beverage to consume for the rest of my life, honestly, it would be drip coffee.
